1. General

CRAFTKARLO provides customized, personalized, handcrafted, and made-to-order products, including products made from materials such as MDF, acrylic, wood, and other materials.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, service, website feature, or pricing without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, sizes, colors, and specifications accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, material characteristics, lighting, manufacturing processes, or the handmade nature of certain products.

3. Customized and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spellings, numbers, dates, designs, photographs, logos, and other customization details.

Once a customized order has entered production, changes may not be possible. If a customer approves a design or customization containing incorrect information, CRAFTKARLO may not be responsible for such errors.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through our website does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including pricing errors, product availability issues, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges may be added where applicable.

Orders will generally be processed after successful payment confirmation. For bulk, wholesale, corporate, wedding, event, or custom manufacturing orders, separate pricing and payment terms may apply.

6. Bulk and Wholesale Orders

Bulk, wholesale, corporate, wedding, event, and custom manufacturing orders may be subject to minimum order quantities, advance payments, production timelines, and separately agreed terms.

Once production or material procurement has started, such orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned except where a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect product is supplied, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order. Customized orders may not be cancelled once production, material procurement, or customization work has started.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines provided at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges or delays may apply where an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Customized and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or otherwise qualifies under our applicable policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, photographs, branding, layouts, and other materials belonging to CRAFTKARLO may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that any photographs, logos, artwork, trademarks, or other materials they provide to CRAFTKARLO do not infringe the rights of any third party.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website operations, or submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
